How do I choose a size?
Wrap a narrow paper strip around the base of the finger where you plan to wear R09. Mark where the paper overlaps, lay it flat, and measure the distance with a ruler. Measure twice, then compare the result with the Finger circumference column. You can also compare the inner diameter of a ring that already fits the same finger.
What should I do if my measurement falls between sizes?
Measure the same finger again at least twice and avoid guessing. If your result still falls between listed sizes, contact us before ordering so we can help you review the measurement.
How do I charge R09?

The paper-strip method measures your finger circumference. It does not measure a ring’s inner diameter.
Measure your finger
- CutCut a narrow strip of paper.
- WrapWrap it around the base of the finger where you plan to wear R09. Keep it snug, but not tight.
- MarkMark the point where the paper overlaps.
- MeasureLay the paper flat and measure from the end of the paper to the mark in millimeters.
Compare your measurement with the Finger circumference column below. Measure twice before choosing your size.

I am not at all disappointed with the ring. Honestly, I didn't expect such precision, the QRing app is amazing! Everything is perfect. Whether it's my steps, stress levels, cycle tracking, or even my heart rate, which are completely accurate because I have my Apple Watch and it's exactly the same. Go for it, it's clearly the discounted version of an ouaring. I chose size 7 because I generally wear that size for my rings that I put on my ring finger, but I advise you to go one size up because my finger personally swells up when it's hot, when I do sports, and also when I sleep, so I would have been much more comfortable with size 8, but size 7 is perfect when my fingers are normal. I ordered size 8 in silver and I can't wait to receive it. Don't hesitate for a second to take it. It's a very good purchase.

Took only 8 days to 🇨 🇦 . I am wearing it on my middle finger that is a little less than 3” circumference and i ordered size 10. Fits great. Would prob would need size 11 for index finger. The gold is nice and it connected super fast to my iphone. App seems decent. Will have to wear for a while to see how well it works. Overall very happy!

Choose size 8 fits well. . Could of probably go a size 9 for my index finger when the hot summer comes. Qr code available on the manual. Very easy to set up.
